When I was 12 years old, my mother died from a brain aneurysm. From birth up until her death, I felt my feelings freely. Crying when I needed to. But after her death, I bottled up my feelings. My father wasn't emotionally available or free himself. Consequently, all my issues, traumatic feelings of past events, fears, hates, angers, etc started from the age of twelve and remained stuck until I re-discovered the process of FEELING my feelings on the deepest level.
